Booking Policies

These policies are in place to ensure a positive experience for both of us and to respect everyone's time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and I look forward to connecting with you.

I acknowledge that inappropriate or threatening behavior will result in immediate session termination without refund.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can. No-shows will result in the loss of future appointment booking.

For the safety and privacy of myself and my location, all photos and location details are to remain confidential.

Notice, Waiver and Release of Liability:

By participating in sessions, you acknowledge the following:

Voluntary Participation and Risk: Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You assume all responsibility for any potential injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
Release of Liability: You release Sanctuary and all its affiliates, including employees, facilitators, and participating professionals, from any and all liability. You waive all claims for damages against these parties.
Health Information and Professional Boundaries: You agree to provide accurate health information and understand that bodywork services are not a substitute for medical treatment. You also agree to maintain professional boundaries during the sessions.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Texas law, and any legal action will take place in Austin, Travis County, Texas.
