Your journey begins with a heart-centering attunement, using light touch and deep breathing to instantly ground you into the secure space and open your heart. This foundational step cultivates conscious presence and allows me to understand your unique intentions.
As you breathe deeply and surrender, we move to chakra awakening. We explore your energy centers through focused breath and gentle nurture, releasing stress and negativity. This awakens your kundalini and channels your sensual energy for creativity, health, and stamina, specifically focusing on the second chakra.
The experience crescendos by uniting these elements with dynamic sensual movements and sacred movements from the Kama Sutra.
